The Journey: How to Join

Becoming a Freemason at Emulation Lodge No. 67 unfolds in three quiet phases. Each is taken in its own time, and none can be hurried.

Phase I

The Seeker Inquiry

Freemasonry does not recruit. We do not approach men in the street, nor advertise for members, nor invite our friends to join. By an old and unbroken custom, the first move must come from the seeker himself — a man who, for reasons of his own, knocks at the door of the Lodge and asks to be admitted.

This first step is simply an email. Tell us a little about who you are and what draws you to the Craft. Every inquiry is read personally by the Secretary and answered in confidence. There is no obligation, and no expectation — only a conversation.

Call to the Door

Begin Your Inquiry

The first step is yours to take. Tell us who you are, where you are, and what draws you to the Craft. We will reply personally and in confidence.

Your words remain in confidence with the Secretary.

Your inquiry is delivered straight to the Secretary of Emulation Lodge No. 67.
